Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. You will lead by example in customer service, maintain store standards, and support recruiting, training and development of Teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest service and product knowledge.
• Lead by example in showroom and register areas.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support store operations including schedules, POS usage and LP procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on initiatives.
