Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, assist the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales growth, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership across the store. Responsibilities include greeting guests, training new Teammates, managing merchandising and visual standards, and upholding Buckle policies and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example in sales, merchandising, and store operations to maintain a well‑presented, shoppable environment.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales goals, inventory, and guest experience initiatives.
