You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, while ensuring exemplary service across the floor, fitting rooms, and registers.

This role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and adherence to Buckle policies, with opportunities to advance as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Recommend items and build outfits to meet guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with strong showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates for Buckle standards.
