Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and to work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, lead by example in customer service, and ensure outstanding store presentation and guest satisfaction. You will perform a variety of tasks from cashiering and merchandising to store operations, with emphasis on leadership,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and provide guest-first service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Lead visual merchandising and maintain store presentation.
• Support store operations, including POS procedures and closing/opening tasks.
• Build guest relationships and drive sales through showmanship and service.
