The Buckle, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Leader in Training to support store leadership and deliver exceptional guest service.

The LIT and Floor Leader will assist in sales, merchandising, and daily operations while partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates and drive performance. You will engage guests, maintain presentation standards, and help coach teammates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.
