Green Thumb in New Jersey seeks a Leader in Training to join the store leadership team, rotating through essential dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people. You will supervise daily tasks, communicate priorities to the team, and help optimize the customer journey.

This role offers a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager. You will participate in Leader On Duty shifts, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a seamless omni‑channel

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass background checks
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must understand cannabis laws, rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cash maintenance.
• Support scheduling and coverage during shifts.
