Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Pasadena dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, supervising daily operations, and improving the customer journey.

This role is a developmental path toward Assistant General Manager, with opportunities to lead on-duty shifts and enhance Omni-channel experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including varying shifts
• Must pass background checks
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand cannabis laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management for vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and cash maintenance; oversee team execution.
