Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join our Warwick, RI dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key functions to support operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise on the path to Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and optimize the customer journey while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations for compliance with security and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and supervise team to execute programs and region-wide in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and accurate payments and discounts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team meet performance standards.
