Green Thumb in Maryland is seeking a Leader in Training to join the leadership team and accelerate growth toward the Assistant General Manager role. You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey across in-store and omni-channel experiences.

The role focuses on developing expertise through rotations in operations, experience, and people, with a fast-track path to higher leadership responsibilities within a cannabis retail environment.

Formación

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and Cannabis laws.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution.
