Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in the United States. The role combines sales, merchandising and operational responsibilities including cashiering, merchandise display, and routine store upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and making recommendations based on guest needs.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service.
• Perform sales and merchandising tasks, including cashiering, display, and POS procedures.
