The Buckle, Inc. Edwardsville store is opening at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center. We will hire many positions for the new team and begin interviews in September.

Leaders in Training and Floor Leader will support the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, performing sales, merchandising and daily operations. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with base rate plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent retail experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies and procedures.
