Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will greet Guests, assist with product selection, and lead by example in customer service, while partnering with management to recruit and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, executing POS procedures, and maintaining a shoppable store. The role emphasizes showmanship, communication, and a strong guest-centric mentality across the Buckle brand.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Develop skills in product knowledge and sales education to assist Guests effectively.
• Lead by example, coaching Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across the store areas.
• Answer questions and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Recommend and demonstrate products to create a wardrobe experience for Guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return procedures.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service levels.
• Coordinate with Store Manager for recruiting and training of Teammates.
