Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service across the store.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: Identify recruiting opportunities, mentor new teammates, and maintain a positive floor culture.
• Visual Merchandise Management: Own product zones, ensure visual standards, and guide merchandising initiatives.
• Operations: Maintain flexible schedules, perform opening/closing tasks, and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Supervisory and Leadership: Provide feedback and support leadership to foster growth.
