Buckle is opening a brand new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, IL. We will hire multiple positions and begin interviews in September for mid-October store opening.

The Leader in Training and Floor Leader roles focus on sales, merchandising, and team leadership, with base pay $18–$22 per hour plus commissions for sales roles. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate and help Guests find merchandise based on needs.
• Explain promotions and policies; maintain knowledge of current sales.
