Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Florida seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support budgeting, scheduling, and cost control on multi-family projects. You will assist with scopes, bids, and change orders, while coordinating with field teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a construction background, 3+ years of experience, and strong software skills (Excel, Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, Onscreen Takeoff, Outlook, Word). A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field.
3+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably multi-family.
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff are a plus.
Valid Driver’s License required.
OSHA 10 hour preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing scopes of work and assist estimating with bids.
Assist in maintaining the project budget and monthly forecast.
Assist in reviewing bids, contracts, and change orders with senior management.
Procure, track, review, distribute and approve submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with the project team to monitor schedule, safety, and quality on site.
