Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Florida to support multifunctional project teams on multifamily developments. Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate resources, help with buyout and subcontractor coordination, monitor costs, and ensure safety and quality compliance. This is a growth‑oriented role with exposure to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in charting project objectives, plans, and performance requirements.
• Support budgeting, cost management, and schedule development.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain submittal logs, change orders, and contract documents; support site documentation and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements throughout the project.
