NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement on multifamily construction projects in the New York area. You will assist with cost control, document management, and contract administration while coordinating with field teams, designers, and subcontractors.

Under the direction of the Project Manager or VP of Construction, you will help ensure safety, quality, and timely completion, participate in bid analysis, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil-related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.
• OSHA 10 hour preferred; First Aid training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Prepare and review budgets, buyout schedules, and subcontracts with senior management.
• Coordinate with field teams, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain submittal logs, RFI tracking, and contract documentation.
• Support schedule updates and progress reporting with the project team.
