Job summary

NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document control on multifamily construction projects. You will provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards, cost management, time management, and safety requirements.

Under supervision of the Project Manager, Project Executive, or VP of Construction, you will assist with bid reviews, buyout scheduling, contract administration, and coordination across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chart out project objectives and plans, set performance requirements, and select project participants.
• Assist in budget control, buyout scheduling, and review of bids and contracts.
• Maintain budget, prepare updated versions for monthly reviews, and track cost changes.
• Coordinate schedule with project team and submit for approval; monitor weather delays and change requests.
• Assist in ensuring safety documentation and site inspections are conducted per project documents.
