NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Florida to support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation under the Project Manager or VP of Construction. This role focuses on coordinating resources, ensuring cost control, and maintaining quality standards across multifamily projects.

You will collaborate with subcontractors, track change orders, prepare budgets, and maintain project records for closeout, offering a clear growth path within a growing company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field is required/preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.
• Driver’s License required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and preparing scopes of work.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining project budgets and preconstruction budgets.
• Assist in evaluating bids and subcontractor qualifications; coordinate with senior management.
