Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising and daily store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train staff and maintain guest service standards, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager.

This role requires a strong customer focus, leadership, and commitment to Buckle's mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display and in-store product knowledge.
• Lead by example in achieving sales goals and maintaining Buckle standards.
• Partner with Store Manager on recruiting and training Teammates.
