The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, while performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks.

In this role you will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, provide leadership, and train teammates. The AIT path leads to higher-level duties as you progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering excellent guest service preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and manage shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest engagement through expert service.
• Lead merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates.
• Assist Store Manager and act in their absence.
• Ensure store operations and loss prevention guidelines are followed.
