Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales and develop teammates. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, including training and stepping in as Manager in their absence.

This role emphasizes recruitment, coaching, and maintaining Buckle standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail setting is beneficial.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales focus and guest service to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Train and develop teammates, especially in leadership routines.
• Coordinate merchandising, displays and store operations daily.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment, onboarding and scheduling.
• Maintain store standards and execute loss-prevention procedures.
