Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates. This role advances from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties, participates in training and motivating Teammates, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or training may be helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in guest service and sales performance.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment, training and leadership of Teammates.
• Coordinate merchandising, display, and store operations.
