Job summary

Divcon is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support building automation and controls projects from installation through turnover. Under supervision, you will coordinate field activities, maintain project documentation, and assist with budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in construction or BAS/MEP coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. This role offers growth toward full project ownership and frequent site travel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two years.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% to job sites.
• Experience with BAS, MEP, HVAC preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of BAS/controls projects with schedules and design specs.
• Manage defined scopes and assist in maintaining project schedules.
• Organize contracts, drawings, specs and review submittals.
• Track purchase orders, change orders, and expenses.
• Support meetings and communication with customers and stakeholders.
