Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field (BAS, MEP, HVAC preferred).
• Experience supporting project execution, documentation, or field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of BAS/controls projects, ensuring alignment with designs and schedules.
• Manage scopes of work and smaller projects under supervision.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Track budgets, milestones, and change orders; assist in billing and reporting.
• Support meetings and client communications; escalate risks as needed.
