Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team in Orlando. You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey while rotating through store functions.

This role is a developmental path toward Assistant General Manager. Gain hands-on experience in operations, experience, and people management with exposure to compliance and customer service excellence, working in a fast-paced, retail cannabis

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail, with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience not required.
• Must be 21+ and pass any required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries and transfers.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Coach and train staff; schedule shifts and ensure coverage.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
