Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• Five+ years in a supervisory/management role in retail with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and in-store promotions.
• Manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Ensure cashiering and cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation are followed.
• Lead and coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Schedule and manage staffing to meet Labor goals and store needs.
