Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary in Sun City Center, FL to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team while delivering memorable customer experiences and ensuring all operations meet safety, inventory, and regulatory requirements.

You will drive revenue through program execution, maintain Seed to Sale compliance, oversee scheduling and workforce development, and act as a community liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, preferably with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet business needs, including varied shifts and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance and meet background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older and possess valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations while ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs, initiatives, and regional promotions.
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies.
