Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Naperville seeks a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, set priorities for the shift, and optimize the customer journey in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

This developmental role rotates through operations, experience, and people functions and serves as a fast track to Assistant General Manager, emphasizing team coaching, compliance with rules, and delivering memorable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Cannabis experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions and enhance the customer journey.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee staff execution.
