This role puts you on a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager, with opportunities to lead on duty shifts, coach staff, and ensure compliance and exceptional customer service in a busy cannabis

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and supervise cash operations.
