Job summary

Rise Dispensary, backed by Green Thumb Industries (GTI), is seeking a Leader in Training to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will rotate through key functions, learning operations, guest experience, and people leadership on a fast track to an AG M role.

You will participate in Leader On Duty shifts, supervise staff, and help ensure a seamless omni-channel customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory management with vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cashier performance.
