Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Council Bluffs is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team, drive guest service, sales, and merchandising, and help recruit new teammates.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing leadership and delivering the Buckle experience. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, train teammates, and ensure store standards in operations, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent
• 0–3 months of related retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional guest service and product knowledge
• Assist in recruiting, training, and development of teammates
• Oversee visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and POS procedures
• Support store management in daily operations and adherence to policies
• Provide leadership in busy sales periods and during shifts
