Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage guests, manage merchandising tasks, and contribute to sales and operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to recruit and develop Teammates while driving sales and maintaining store standards. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in customer service.
• Recruit new Teammates and participate in training and development.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned by store management.
