Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks Leaders in Training and Floor Leaders to drive guest-centric service, sales, and store operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership across a busy fashion retail environment. As a LIT/Floor Leader, you will handle cashiering, merchandising, inventory pulls, and routine store maintenance while mentoring teammates to uphold Buckle standards and deliver an engaging shopping

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service.
• Recruit and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
