Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, leadership, and guest experience at a Buckle store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide guidance across merchandising, cashiering, and store operations. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and in-store excellence, with responsibilities spanning sales generation, teammate development, and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices
• Meet performance standards in Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness
• Recruit and develop Teammates to meet accountability and training standards
• Own and influence product through zone ownership and weekly checklists
• Follow visual standards and weekly visual checklist across the floor
