Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in our store. You will support guest services, assist with merchandising and floor sets, and work closely with the Store Manager to develop sales and recruit new Teammates.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and help achieve store goals while maintaining Buckle's standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; up to 3 months retail experience or training.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.

Responsibilities
