Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will drive sales, supervise teammates, recruit new staff, and execute merchandising and operational tasks to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will mentor teammates, participate in talent development, and ensure high standards across service areas including the front, sales floor, fitting rooms and register.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.
• Knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with high showmanship and guest service.
• Drive sales, respond to guest needs, and coach Team Members.
• Recruit, train and develop new Teammates to standards.
• Manage visual merchandising and floor sets under leadership.
• Operate store procedures and maintain loss prevention guidelines.
• Balance daily tasks with flexible scheduling, including peak times.
