Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest experiences and sales across the store.

You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coach others in showmanship, product knowledge, and process adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to lead, coach and train teammates in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests in locating merchandise and provide fashion guidance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with team.
• Support store management in operations, merchandising and guest relations.
