Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions and ensure customer journey excellence.
• Handle cash processing, discounts, and cash maintenance.
