Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends)
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
• Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further understanding and knowledge of the industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Lead Leader On Duty shifts and supervise staff to support the customer journey.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members perform.
