Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Cannabis laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions; drive customer experience.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and payment processing; oversee staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding/training of new team members.
