Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the leadership team at our Steelton dispensary. You will rotate through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people, gaining expertise on a fast track to becoming Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and help optimize the customer journey while developing leadership skills for future advancement.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee receipt and verification of deliveries and inventory in the vault.
• Lead team members in programs and promotions and ensure accurate cash handling and POS usage.
