Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join our Massachusetts dispensary leadership team in Maynard. You will rotate through key functions, supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and help optimize the customer journey.

This role offers a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager, with opportunities to lead teams during busy shifts, participate in omni-channel experiences, and support compliance and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions during shifts
