Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join our dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical functions, gaining subject matter expertise while supervising daily operations, communicating priorities, and enhancing the customer journey.

As a fast-track development role, the LIT focuses on operations, experience, and people, with a pathway to Assistant General Manager. Candidates should have 3+ years in customer service or retail, willingness to learn cannabis

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead team to execute programs and promotions and support in-store initiatives.
• Provide coaching and onboarding of new team members and manage scheduling.
• Assist in ensuring consistent, omni-channel customer experiences across channels.
