Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) at RISE Dispensary seeks an experienced leader to direct and develop a diverse team, driving key store initiatives and delivering memorable customer experiences across in-store, curbside, and delivery channels.

You will ensure compliance with security, inventory controls, and local regulations while coaching leaders to achieve revenue goals, optimize operations, and advance team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations ensuring security, inventory, and local/state compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs, initiatives, and regionalized promotions.
• Oversee inventory control, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation.
• Manage expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
