Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare clinical applications, with RIS and PACS expertise.
• 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or project management capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIS analysts and clinical systems specialists; set objectives and career paths.
• Oversee enterprise RIS configurations, workflow standardization, and change management.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, IT, and revenue cycle leaders to align workflows with clinical and financial goals.
• Drive end-to-end RIS/MIPS workflow optimization across multi-site imaging centers.
