Akumin is seeking a Radiology Information Systems (RIS) Team Lead/Manager to steer the engineering and support group responsible for configuring and optimizing enterprise radiology workflows across RIS and PACS platforms. This role blends people leadership with hands-on technical guidance in a production healthcare setting.

You will partner with clinical operations, radiologists, and revenue cycle leadership to standardize scheduling, exam execution, and billing workstreams, ensuring resilience

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in healthcare clinical applications, RIS/PACS experience.
• 2+ years in team lead, supervisory, or project management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RIS analysts and clinical systems specialists; conduct evaluations and set objectives.
• Allocate resources and prioritize workload for daily support and major rollouts.
• Establish SOPs, change management, and documentation for RIS configuration.
• Coordinate with clinical ops, IT/interoperability, and RCM leadership; liaise with vendors.
