Akumin seeks a Radiology Information Systems Team Lead/Manager to guide a dedicated RIS team across multi-site radiology workflows. You will architect, optimize, and support enterprise RIS/PACS configurations while aligning clinical and financial objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare informatics, 2+ years in leadership, and strong collaboration with IT, radiologists, and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare clinical applications with RIS/PACS expertise.
• 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or project management capacity.
• Experience leading RIS workflow design, integration, and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIS analysts and clinical systems specialists to design, configure, and optimize radiology workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end interoperability between RIS, PACS, EHR, and revenue cycle systems.
• Guide migrations, upgrades, and enterprise deployments with project management discipline.
• Establish SOPs, change management, and governance for enterprise RIS configuration.
