Akumin is seeking a seasoned RIS Team Lead / Manager to direct the engineering and support of enterprise radiology workflows across RIS, PACS, and related platforms in a production healthcare environment.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of RIS analysts, workflow specialists, and integration engineers, aligning scheduling, order intake, prior authorization, exam execution, radiologist reporting, and billing to organizational goals.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare clinical applications, with dedicated RIS and PACS expertise.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or project management role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor RIS analysts and clinical systems specialists to drive reliable enterprise workflows.
• Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and major system rollouts.
• Establish SOPs, change management, and documentation standards for RIS configurations.
• Coordinate with clinical ops, IT/interoperability, and revenue cycle leaders and vendors.
