Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Assist customers creating a rental reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering helpful customer service that enhances the rental experience.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, extensions, and roadside questions.
• Explain the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures to customers.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business after inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including damage checks and thorough cleaning, fuel and fluid levels.
